Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Frøya Organics collects when you visit or buy from froyaorganicsus.com, why we collect it and what we do with it. Questions go to support@froyaorganicsus.com.
What we collect
- Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number when you provide it, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
- Device information: browser type, IP address, time zone, the pages you visit and how you interact with them, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information you send us: emails, support messages, reviews, quiz answers and anything else you choose to share.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, to send order and shipping confirmations, to answer support requests, to prevent fraud and abuse, to comply with the law, and — where you have agreed to it, or where the law allows it — to send marketing and to measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that make the shop work: our ecommerce platform, payment processors, fulfilment partners and carriers, email and support tools, review and analytics providers, and advertising platforms. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising platforms may count as "selling" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws; you can opt out at any time by writing to support@froyaorganicsus.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to support@froyaorganicsus.com and we answer within 30 days. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may also complain to their national data protection authority.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires us to (usually several years for tax and accounting), and other information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for.
International transfers
Your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, using the safeguards required by applicable law.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work (cart, checkout, security) and, with your consent where required, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking the necessary ones will break the cart and checkout.
Children
The shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We update this policy when our practices change. The version published on this page is the one in force.
