Terms of sale

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free on every order. Import duties and taxes on international orders are set by your country and are payable by the recipient.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil the order — because a product is out of stock, a price was published in error, or the order fails our fraud checks — we tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken when the order is placed, through the payment methods shown at checkout. The charge on your statement appears under the name of our shop.

Promotions, discounts and free gifts

Discount codes and promotional prices are valid for the period announced, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed. Free gifts are available while stocks last and may be substituted for an item of equal value.

Bundles and systems

Bundles ("systems") are sold as a single product at a single price and may ship in more than one parcel. The bundle price is not the sum of the individual items and individual items cannot be exchanged inside a bundle.

Subscriptions

Where a product is offered on a subscription, the discount, the frequency and the price of the recurring order are the ones shown on the product page at the moment you subscribe. You may cancel, pause or change it at any time — see our Cancellations policy.

Delivery and risk

Orders are despatched within 1 to 3 business days and delivery takes 5 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed dates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Every purchase is covered by our 60-day results guarantee — see our Refund policy for how it works. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
